(TLB/NLT) Bible text may be quoted in any form (written, visual, electronic or audio), up to and inclusive of two hundred fifty (250) verses without express written permission of the publisher, provided that the verses quoted do not account for more than 20 percent of the work in which they are used, and provided that a complete book of the Bible is not quoted.
If your request does not lie within the parameters listed above, please include as much detailed information as possible in your written request beginning with the following:
The exact title of the work you want to take the material from.
How much of the material you want to use (including the # of verses) and what percentage that will represent in the product you will be using it in.
How will it be used--if distributed, how big a circulation, and will there be a charge for the product.
How we can contact you if we need further information to process your request.

Please include as much detailed information as possible regarding your request beginning with the following:
The exact title and author of the work you want to quote from.
The specific page(s) or excerpt that you wish to use including the number of words in each excerpt
How you will be using this material (If it is going into another book, we need to know the title, author, publisher, and publication date of that book)
How we can contact you if we need further information to process your request.
As a general rule and as the author's representative, we require a permission fee of ten cents ($.10) per word if the excerpt is over 250 words (if this is the case, the initial 250 words are counted also).
